These terms and conditions of use (hereinafter the "Terms") are intended to define the conditions of use of the Website https://www.equistro.ca (hereinafter the "Site") .
The consultation and use of the Site by any user (hereinafter the "User") implies the acceptance of the Terms and are therefore governed by them.

2. SUBJECT OF THE SITE
The Site is intended for the Resident User of Canada and allows the purchase of products from the Equistro range designed to meet the needs of equine athletes, the free consultation of product information and news of Vetoquinol as well as than access to services.
The information presented on the Site does not constitute a veterinary consultation and is not intended to establish a diagnosis; the information presented on the Site is not intended to replace the consultation or diagnosis of a veterinarian.
3. LINKS TO OTHER SITES
3.1. Links to other Websites offered on the Site are not part of the Website https://www.equistro.ca.
3.2. Vetoquinol can not be held responsible for the content of the Websites referred to by the Site, nor for the damage that may be caused by the use of these other Sites.
4. ACCESS TO THE SITE
4.1. The consultation and use of the Site requires the following conditions from the User:
- availability of equipment connectable to the Internet,
- availability of Internet access,
- acceptance of the Terms of Use.
4.2. The consultation and use of the Site are subject to the creation of a personal space. Access to the personal space is systematically conditioned by entering the e-mail address entered when creating the personal space and the password defined by the User. These identifiers are strictly personal and the User is responsible for taking all necessary measures to protect their confidentiality. Any access to the Site with the user's identifiers is deemed to be attributable to the User himself.
5. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
5.1. Any User wishing to use the Site must read the Terms of Use.

5.3. Vetoquinol reserves the right to modify and update the TOS at any time and without notice, it being specified that the applicable TOS are those in effect on the date of the last update specified above.
6.USING THE SITE
6.1. The User agrees to:
- Use the Site solely for the purpose for which it is intended,
- Use the Site in accordance with the Terms of Use.
The User agrees not to make his personal space accessible to a third party, in any way whatsoever.
6.2. Vetoquinol reserves the right to modify or delete the content of the Site or to suspend or delete access to the Site.
7. DELETING USER SPACE
7.1. The User may delete his personal space at any time, directly from the Site in the "My Account" section or by making a request to Vetoquinol by filling out the contact form. This deletion is final.
7.2. Vetoquinol reserves the right to delete the account of the User without notice in case of violation of the Terms by the User, without possibility for the User to make any claim. Vetoquinol may use this right without prejudice to its right to claim damages and interest in order to compensate for any loss suffered as a result of the User's violation of the Terms of Use.
8. OPTIONAL SERVICES
8.1. The User can subscribe to the newsletter set up by the Site to receive free of charge information about Vetoquinol products and news as well as personalized documentation.
8.2.The User may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, directly from the Site under the heading "My Account" or by clicking on the link provided for this purpose and present in each e-mail sent to the 'User.
9. RESPONSIBILITY OF VETOQUINOL
9.1. Vetoquinol makes its best efforts to publish truthful, reliable and up-to-date information on the Site. However, due to the constant evolution of the animal health sector, Vetoquinol's activities, products and services, Vetoquinol does not guarantee the veracity, reliability and timeliness of the information on the Site.
Vetoquinol will not be responsible for the consequences that may result from the consultation and use of the Site and the interpretation of information disseminated on the Site.
9.2. Vetoquinol can not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage that may result from access to or use of the Site or information contained therein, whatever its nature. Vetoquinol declines any responsibility regarding the advisability of the decisions and the methods of its execution taken by the User on the sole faith of the information published on the Site.
9.3. Vetoquinol declines any responsibility in the event of damages suffered by the User due in particular to the loss, the deterioration or the alteration of files, the transmission of viruses which could infect his computer equipment or any other property on the occasion the connection and / or consultation and / or use of the Site. It is the responsibility of the User to take all appropriate measures to protect his data and equipment, from contamination by viruses such as attempts to intrude into his computer system by third parties via the Site.

10. USER GUARANTEES
10.1. The User guarantees Vetoquinol, as well as all persons involved in the creation and development of the Site, against any request, liability, costs and expenses resulting from the violation of these Terms of Use or in connection with the use of the Site.
10.2. The User agrees to enter on the Site only true data. All information and data transmitted by the User are under his sole responsibility, the latter undertaking to guarantee and indemnify Vetoquinol against all direct and consequential damages that may result.
10.3. The User is solely responsible for direct or indirect damages, whether material or immaterial, caused by himself, to Vetoquinol because of the illegal use of the Site. In the cases indicated above, the User agrees to indemnify Vetoquinol, including reasonable costs of attorney that he has been obliged to incur, in case of conviction against the latter to the payment of damages and interest.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
11.1. Excluding the data entered by the User, the Site as well as all the elements comprising it and in particular all articles, computer programs, databases, visual elements, texts, graphics, photographs, images, brands, logos, creations and various protectable works, etc. filed or not, and more generally any information appearing on the Site is the exclusive property of Vetoquinol or third parties with which it has concluded agreements by allowing the exploitation.
11.2. Vetoquinol grants the User a non-exclusive, strictly personal and non-transferable license to use the Site, in accordance with the use for which the Site is intended.
11.3. The User has no other rights on the Site. In particular, it has no rights of reproduction, dissemination or, more generally, exploitation by any means.
